Within my role I operate as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met by all departments within Finesse.

My role means I am involved in all aspects of the pensions processes at Finesse, heading up a team of administrators, I oversea the automatic enrolment duties, ensure we adhere to all rules and regulations and keep up to date with new legislation.

Finesse has encouraged me to pursue many interests in the pensions world and continues to provide me with the tools I need to continue a path of career progression.

I've been in the payroll industry for over 7 years now, and throughout this time, I've worked in multiple roles within payroll, starting as an apprentice, and now I'm a payroll supervisor. I head up a team of experienced payroll administrators, overseeing the end-to-end payroll processes and ensuring that all our client's needs are met.

During my time at Finesse, I have worked in multiple departments within the company, and I am always interested to extend my knowledge within the company and the payroll industry.

Louise, Admin Assistant

I have been with Finesse for four years and have been able to work across several departments. My role is now within the admin team, it is varied, and no two days are the same. I deal with all manner of queries for our clients, including preparing data for FPS EPS submissions to ensure RTI is reported correctly on time.
